Downstairs is the bedroom with a superb queen size bed and a well-appointed en-suite. The top level is designed to maximise the stunning views of Melbourne and Port Phillip Bay. Here you can indulge with champagne in the two person spa or laze the afternoon away on the sofa. $310

Garden Cottage

A cosy cottage ideal for one night stay. Nestled in the front garden, the Garden Cottage offers a generous bed sitting room, comfy queen size bed plus en-suite. Microwave, tea and coffee making facilities. $175

Penthouse Apartment

Accessible via its own separate entrance, this upstairs apartment spreads the entire top floor. It offers a spacious bedroom with a queen size bed and the Juliet balcony above the garden. The central corridor separates the small kitchen facility and the expansive bathroom. The sitting room with sofa can accommodate up to 2 extra guests.
