Castle Stone Inn is located midway between Monbulk and Kallista, with only the road between one of the hills' best walking tracks and many picnic spots in the national park. Discover a lyrebird at dawn, even a platypus or a 'roo. Relax in the conservatory in the mist of the English gardens.

Colonial

Spacious suite decorated in a Colonial theme with queen-size  brass bed, en-suite bathroom, kitchen, living area with sofa to accommodate an extra 2 guests, if required. Reserved parking and all at one level makes this suite very accessible. $220

Romeo

Walk across the drawbridge to enter medieval-inspired romance. Featuring a huge spa bath set in stone and log fire the black and burgundy suite has a modern comfort, an antique styled queen-size bed and a quaint dining table and an open kitchen. It even features a castellated stone Juliet balcony. $250

Shakespeare

The Shakespeare suite is accessed from the garden by the large upstairs balcony. With a dramatic black enamel central spa bath set in stone, the very spacious suite features a queen size four poster beds, red leather Chesterfield corner lounges around the gas log fire, an open kitchen and a separate bathroom.
The dark panelled walls are reminiscent of an ancient Tudor Lodge. $270
