Nathania Springs offers an extensive menu of classic and modern recipes always prepared with the freshest ingredients. Cuisine from the Mediterranean rim or with Asian accents are also a regular influence in the menu compositions.

Cooked just-in-time and just-for-you are the key elements that inspire our Head Chef, Paul Smith. The indulgent dessert buffet offers a variety of treats and creates the "wow" factor at each wedding reception.

Your own style

With four main catering options for you to choose from, you are sure to find one which suits your taste, your hospitality choice and your budget. Each of these options can be customised to suit your own culinary heritage. At Nathania Springs, you'll find that quality catering is top of the list.  

Dinner reception

The most popular choice - a seated, three-course meal for a dinner reception (minimum  5 ½  hours service, 5 hours with special dates and with "Zoom" dates, mid-year), including:

• pre-dinner finger food
• one pre-selected entrée or choice of two pre-selected soup items.

Weddings booked from October to April get a bonus upgrade to choice of two pre-selected entrée items.

• choice of two pre-selected main course items
• the lavish Nathania Springs dessert buffet to finish with coffee/tea and chocolates

Lunch (or brunch) reception

Another favourite is the shorter two-course meal for a seated lunch reception (4 ½ hours service), including:

• pre-lunch finger food
• choice of two pre-selected main course items
• the lavish Nathania Springs dessert buffet to finish with coffee/tea and chocolates 

Grazing menu

Picking up fast on popularity, this style of menu served at the tables in mini buffet style for your guests, provides an experience of total conviviality with a variety of culinary delights (minimum 5 hours service), including:

• pre-lunch or dinner finger food
• your selection of four entrée items as a 1st course
• your selection of three main course items a  2nd course
• the lavish Nathania Springs dessert buffet to finish with coffee/tea and chocolates

Cocktail reception

With its cocktail deck and flexible indoor seating arrangements, Nathania Springs is well set up to host informal wedding receptions.

Brunch or lunch cocktail reception

4 ½ hour reception anytime between 10 am and 3 pm.

Dinner-time cocktail reception (available during daylight savings)

5 ½ hour reception anytime within our licensed hours. Extra time is available.

The menu for both these packages comprises:

• Delicious and indulgent cocktail food menu
  including a welcome cocktail drink prepared by our bartender
• Entrée - five chosen items
• Main course - five chosen items
• A choice of platters are also placed on the tables in the dining room throughout the reception
• Our spectacular dessert buffet to finish with coffee/tea and chocolates
