Drinks

Currently we provide two pricing structures for receptions. One inclusive of our alcoholic drinks package, and one without.

Regardless of this, unlimited soft drinks and a delicious non-alcoholic fruit punch are included as standard in every package.  

Our standard alcoholic drinks package

The most simple-to-organise way of managing drinks at your reception. With this pricing structure, we provide unlimited supplies for the duration of the night, including:

fosters light ice

WHITE WINE
mcwilliams rivergum
semillon sauvignon blanc (dry)
chardonnay (dry)
riesling (medium dry)
fruitwood (fruity)

RED WINE
mcwilliams rivergum
shiraz cabernet (dry)
shiraz merlot (medium dry)
cabernet merlot (medium)
fruitwood (fruity)

FOR PRE DINNER & TOASTS
mcwilliams rivergum
sparkling white

The sparkling is also available throughout the reception by request. There are no other costs.  

Your personal selection

Make your own selection of beer and wine and we can easily prepare a quote for an unlimited provision of your preferred selection.

A price per bottle can be submitted: this is particularly attractive when you know a proportion of your guests are alcohol abstainers.

The Yarra Valley
We have access to neighbouring Yarra Valley wineries and micro-breweries for a connoisseur selection.  

The BYO option

You deliver the drinks a few days before the wedding for storing and  chilling. The drinks are then dispensed from the bar by our staff. For lunch or dinner the bottles are placed on the tables. We do not charge you any corkage for the service of wine and beer. Spirits attract a corkage and handling cost charged per bottle. Whilst spirits can be available in BYO or for sale at the bar, our Responsible Service of Alcohol policy does allow bottles of spirits to be available freely at the guests tables.

Based on our own experience we are happy to provide you with a range and quantities of drinks you should supply. Some drinks suppliers will offer you a 'buy back' of unopened stock. We also provide you with the details of suppliers who will deliver on your behalf and collect returns.
