The Waiting Team
Waiting staff at Nathania Springs experience all aspects of the wedding reception, including room setup, food service, drinks and bar service, dishwashing, yard and maintenance work and even DJ or candid photographer.

New staff get to experience all areas before settling into a role which is best for them, although some staff will prefer to remain 'all rounders.'

If you enjoy working in a diverse environment, are prepared to work on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays (remember: weddings are celebrated past most people's bedtime!) and have a sense of fun, then Nathania Springs could be the job for you!

Nathania Springs periodically run recruitment evenings, often in the lead up to the busy season.

The Office Team
At the heart of Nathania Springs is a team of enthusiastic workers who handle the day-to-day jobs of running an award-winning reception centre.

They take tours, they write menus, they MC weddings, they rock the Casbah and most of all: they make sure that Nathania Springs stays a fantastic place to get married and a great place to work.

Of course, just like the waiting team, the office crew members take care of a diverse range of areas, with various roles on offer.

The office staff involve themselves in communication with clients over email, phone and in person, so peoples skills are a must.
