How many guests may I have at my wedding?
Nathania Springs' general package price caters for a minimum
of 70, and maximum of 180 guests. We structure our pricing using

129 guests, 130 - 149 guests, and 150 - 180 guests, with larger

Unfortunately you will loose your deposit. It will not be transferred
to a new date you may want to book. The date you selected is unique and once you have bought it, no-one else can buy the same
one.
When
we receive notification in writing and only then, we are
authorised and employ our best efforts to re-sell the date.

reconciled. A booking fee
of $300 is retained.

When should I send my invitations?
If you have guests who require a long notice of your wedding day
(leaving overseas, fixed holidays, frequent travellers), it is a
good idea to send them a note "Reserve the date: DD/MM/YYYY.... bride and groom are getting married", as soon as you
have booked your ceremony and reception venue.
Invitations normally get sent 3 to 4 months
before the wedding date, the longer time if summer or Easter
holidays falls during that period. Before you send your
invitations, be sure to get in touch with us and we will provide
you with location maps for your guests. We will also then
provide final advice to you regarding the timing of your
ceremony, ensuring that your day runs as smoothly as possible.

When do I need to pay the final account and confirm all details
of menu, etc?
Once we have received your deposit to secure your booking, no
payment is due until we organise the settlement meeting 10 to 15
days before the wedding. Some clients choose to pay as they save
and we also accept this arrangement. Approximately 6 to 8 weeks before the wedding
you will receive a comprehensive check list and questionnaire
which are our instructions for your ceremony and reception.
At
that time or at any other time before that you may want to
confirm the key aspects and details of your wedding day.
With the reply from the people you have invited you will be able
to work out your final guest count for the settlement
meeting we have
organised before the wedding.
