Wedding planning
Planning a wedding is a big task, and it's hard to
come into it with previous experience when it's certainly
not everyday that you are married!
Our wedding planners are here to make the journey of
marriage as smooth and enjoyable as possible. With
this in mind we have come up with a number of ways to take
the stress out of arranging your wedding.
The Wedding Planning Seminar
Every six months we invite all of our best suppliers to
mingle with prospective brides & grooms interested in
booking with Nathania Springs, or who are already part-way
through organising their wedding. This
invitation-only
event is a fantastic opportunity to no only see the work
of these professionals, but also chat with other people in
the same situation as yourself. You'll meet wedding
photographers, wedding dress makers, wedding cake bakers,
professionals to help with wedding invitations and more!
Nathania Springs Panel Dinners
We organise regular test dinners where it is free for
the bride and groom to attend one of the evenings and
sample our menu if they bring at least two paying guests.
If the bride and groom come alone, they must pay a small
per head cost. On these evenings a number of delicious items
are provided for tasting as well as a light-hearted panel
discussion about wedding planning, featuring industry professionals.
Of course, the friendly staff of Nathania Springs are
always available for a chat about your wedding, albeit via
email or over the phone - we're never far away!
The Settlement Meeting
A month or so before your wedding, Nathania Springs sends
out a settlement pack containing all the information
required to organise your reception. This includes
music lists, table seating plans, notes for speeches,
function instructions and more. Additionally, you
will be issued a password that will grant you
access to all of these documents from this website for
your convenience.
Our Function Co-ordinators will meet with you approximately
ten days before your wedding, to discuss any last minute issues and finalise the reception plans.
