Our Gardens
Nathania Springs is the perfect location for your romantic Wedding Ceremony in the Dandenong Ranges; with everything that you need onsite, there is no need to travel on your special day.
Nathania Springs includes both indoor and outdoor onsite Wedding Ceremony locations for you to choose from, set amongst acres of private botanic Gardens with views of the evergreen Dandenong Ranges forest.
Our package includes
- Your choice of our Chapel or Outdoor Ceremony Area and Gazebo for your Wedding Ceremony at at Nathania Springs;
- Access to Nathania Springs’ in-house wedding planning team to assist you in the lead up to your wedding
- The Chapel set up as a backup option, in the event of inclement weather, for couples who choose an outdoor Wedding Ceremony;
- Use of Nathania Springs’ portable PA system for your Wedding Ceremony music;
- Use of 100 white Americana chairs for outdoor Wedding Ceremonies;
- A personal Wedding Coordinator who will coordinate your arrival to your Wedding Ceremony and assist the Bridal Party to make their way down the aisle;
- Unlimited photography time at Nathania Springs.
As Nathania Springs includes multiple, unique Wedding Ceremony locations, we are able to cater to couples who may require different spaces for traditional ceremonies and wedding festivities; such as a Tea Ceremony, Sangeet or Mehendi.
Following your Wedding Ceremony, you will be able to take as much time as you need for your wedding photography and your guests will also be able to enjoy drinks and refreshments whilst mingling in our gardens and on our deck, or in our Pre-Dinner Foyer.
The Chapel
Nathania Springs’ romantic timber Chapel is an ideal option for an indoor Wedding Ceremony or a Winter Wedding.
The Chapel features:
- A light filled conservatory area, complete with romantic leadlight details for you to say your vows;
- Chandelier lighting;
- High ceilings with exposed timber beams;
- Convenient direct access to the main homestead building, with no need for your guests to walk outside in the event of wet weather;
- Baby grand piano;
- Red carpet; and
- White Tiffany chairs seating up to 140 guests; with additional standing room for larger guest numbers.
Our Chapel is also available as a complimentary backup option for our couples who choose an Outdoor Wedding Ceremony.
Outdoor Ceremony Area & Gazebo
Nathania Springs’ Outdoor Ceremony Area and Gazebo are ideal for couples planning a Garden Wedding, surrounded by the natural beauty of the Dandenong Ranges.
Our Outdoor Ceremony Area and Gazebo features:
- A rustic white timber Gazebo for your Garden Wedding;
- Beautiful views of our botanic gardens, native trees, forest ferns, seasonal flowers and Japanese Maples; and
- Stone paved aisle.
Our Outdoor Ceremony Area & Gazebo are situated on Nathania Springs’ main lawns a short stroll from our main building.

Nathania Springs’ grounds offer ample photography locations for your Garden Wedding including:
- Sprawling lawns and tall trees;
- Modern sculptures;
- Romantic rose covered arch;
- Japanese maples;
- Love seat and swing;
- Rustic timber bridge and walkway; and
- Fairy lit forest ferns and garden pond.
Bridal Retreat
Nathania Springs’ couples have exclusive access to our private Bridal Retreat, including a garden and relaxation area, overlooking the Dandenong Ranges forest and our famed naturally occuring mineral springs.
Set amongst the forest, complete with birdsong and wildlife for company, our Bridal Retreat is the perfect location for you to enjoy a private moment with your partner on your special day.
